Anna and Morgan carved the pumpkins which we then set out in the woods last night to add to a spooky night hike we had organised for the Scouts. I baked the cakes and pumpkin pie and so far they have been delicious.

You all really have been busy! I am impressed. How easy is it to bake with the pumpkin, do you scoop it out and then puree it?
Yep, it’s really easy. Just chop it into chunks, boil it for about 15 minutes and then mash it before adding it to the cake mixture. Mmmm!!! 🙂
