Celebration Chocolate Cake
It’s Anna’s birthday today and considering the fact that I’ve been doing so much baking recently I thought it would be remiss of me not to bake a nice big birthday cake for her. It would be an understatement to say that she likes chocolate so the only option for a birthday cake for Anna was a chocolate cake.

I hope she likes it.
It wasn’t perfect in the making though as the tin wasn’t big enough so it overflowed a little whilst cooking, but I managed to rectify the look of it during the icing. I’m sure it will taste nice though whatever it looks like.
